Many men have commented on how Shelly's classes are easy to follow, but at the same time challenging enough with a great mix of addressing strength, flexibility, posture and endurance, that is more suitable and fitting for the male population. So men, please come try a 1 hour yoga class (all levels) with Shelly! NO experience necessary. (Must be able to get up and down off the floor with ease, and have NO unmanaged medical condition or dysfunction).
