Join Shelly as she presents "Explore Your Pelvic Floor & MORE: Yoga Therapy for Pelvic Health" at SYTAR 2015: Pelvic health issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction are commonly poorly addressed or often left untreated. One third of men & women experience loss of bladder control between the ages of 30-70 and almost 70% do not even seek help perhaps because of the belief that there is no treatment or that it is normal.
