Join Shelly for this dynamic & educational workshop that explores common pelvic health issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain & reproductive organ prolapse & shares how a combination of yoga, pilates & physiotherapy can address these issues & help maintain optimal pelvic health.

Discussions will include how the popular Kegel exercises can potentially exacerbate many incontinence & pelvic pain issues, how the nervous system is involved in pelvic pain & incontinence, & how pelvic health is so much more than just the pelvic floor.

A fun, inspiring & empowering practise, consisting of yoga asana, pranayama (including pelvic diaphragmatic breath), meditation, pilates & physiotherapy based exercises will be included!
