Everyone has a pelvic floor.

Your pelvic floor contributes to many vital aspects of health including bowel and bladder function, hip and spinal health, core strategies for balance and movement, sexual and reproductive function, voice production, and more.

Pelvic health issues that are left unaddressed or inappropriately managed can lead to or worsen back pain, hip or pelvic pain, constipation, incontinence, balance problems and more.

This 2-day live online course offers education and skills required for yoga therapists to integrate evidence-informed pelvic floor health and yoga therapy to enhance pelvic floor rehabilitation and wellness within yoga therapy scope of practice.
