Join Shelly Prosko, Physical Therapist and Professional Yoga Therapist, for this highly sought after PhysioYoga workshop where you will learn about the three diaphragms of your core system and experience how they all work together as a coordinated team to contribute to your overall fitness, performance, health and wellness. We will discuss and explore the mechanics and physiology of breathing and the most common inefficient breathing patterns in our culture and how they can lead to sub-optimal fitness levels that result in physical, mental, emotional and energetic imbalances in our bodies.
