Join Shelly in this dynamic & educational workshop as she discusses common pelvic health issues such as incontinence & pelvic pain, & explain how a combination of yoga, Pilates & physiotherapy can address these issues & help maintain optimal pelvic health. 
Discussions will include how the popular Kegel exercises can potentially exacerbate many incontinence & pelvic pain issues, how the nervous system is involved in pelvic pain & incontinence,  & how pelvic health is so much MORE than JUST the pelvic floor!!
A fun, inspiring & empowering practice, consisting of yoga asana, pranayama (including pelvic diaphragmatic breath), meditation, Pilates & physiotherapy based exercises will be included!
