A Virtual Event!

An evening of skill building and practice designed specifically for those with persistent pelvic pain. Join me, Shelly Prosko, as I guide you through breathing practices, mindfulness practices, and gentle movement.

I’m delighted to be teaching! Thank you to my dear friends and colleagues at Elle Physiotherapy and Pelvic Health who are graciously hosting this virtual event.

So often, people with pelvic pain suffer in silence and do not receive the appropriate support needed to effectively manage their symptoms.  You don’t need to feel alone, and you don’t need to suffer. There is so much hope and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you.

This is Elle Physiotherapy’s second session of this series, but is open to everyone, even if you weren’t able to attend the first.

It is primarily intended for women experiencing IC, IBS, bladder pain syndrome, pain with intercourse, persistent low back pain, pudendal neuralgia, vulvodynia, endometriosis or any other persistent pain condition.

**Please note: Although the practice will be gentle and you will be instructed to go at your own pace and adapt to your specific needs; please note that this session is not intended as treatment nor to act as therapy or medical advice. Please be sure to consult with and receive clearance from your health professional before participating.**

This session will be a LIVE online session.
