Pain Care Yoga: ONLINE Training! Empowered Yoga This online workshop provides in-depth integration of pain science, innovative pain self- management techniques, yoga philosophy and yoga practices. Participants will gain a solid foundation in pain science, and in yoga related to pain and pain management. Yoga practices and pain self-management skills acquisition will ready teachers and practitioners to begin integration of Pain Care Yoga into their clinical practices and yoga classes, leading to improved benefits and outcomes. The online course will be held Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:30pm on Empowered Yoga's online platform and may be attended live, where you can interact and ask questions just like a real classroom, or they are also recorded for you to watch at a later time if you cannot attend live. Same great course with more flexibility!! The course will run: Aug.17 – Sept 14th: 5 weeks, followed by a break to read, catch up and complete some assignments and resuming Nov 2nd-Nov 30th for another 5 weeks
