In this 3 hour workshop, Shelly will discuss practitioner burnout & compassion fatigue & factors that influence these common situations and how and why a lifestyle of regular yoga practise and using yoga with your patients/clients can help prevent burnout and fatigue.

A 2 hour yoga practise that includes awareness practises, movement, breathing practises, mindfulness meditation and integration of yoga philosophy is included.
