Guided Meditation Workshop & Practise:

WHAT:  2 hour guided meditation practise including discussion on ‘what’ meditation is, benefits AND potential side effects/precautions with meditation (supported by research). This practise will include exploration & practise of 4 different types of meditation that you can immediately start to use at home & in your day …to day activities.
WHO:  this informal, comfortable and non-intimidating environment is suitable for beginners who know nothing about meditation but are interested in learning more AND also for those who have a mild, moderate or strong meditation practise and want to explore more.
WHY:  I’ve had overwhelming requests to offer a meditation practise of this type for quite some time. Personally, meditation has provided me with a clarity, calmness, and sense of ‘peace and joy’, amidst the ‘issues’ or fluctuations/situations that arise in life.
Many people are discovering the benefits of meditation; and SCIENCE is showing some fascinating changes that can result in our brain, immune systems, genetic expression, and MANY other systems in our bodies & minds as a result of regular meditation practise. More and more people are becoming curious about meditation.
I would love to share with you all what I have been taught about meditation over the past 15 years, what I have researched about it, and what I have experienced clinically with my clients as well as in my own practise and life!!
