Join Shelly Prosko, Physical Therapist and Medical Yoga Therapist, as she guides you through an inspiring, educational and fun gentle yoga practice implementing techniques that you can immediately use with your patients in the clinic setting including pelvic floor awareness, visualization, mindfulness meditation, and breathing methods in a variety of yoga postures to help promote pelvic floor relaxation and modulate pain. Movements coordinated with pelvic diaphragmatic rhythm and breathing to help optimize PF engagement and excursion will also be included.
