Branden Persy shares his talented musical and lyrical skills; and Shelly Prosko shares her teaching skills, energy & brightness in guiding you through a joy-filled movement practice integrating breath, awareness, mindfulness, and connection to your self & others. The live music brings a special vibe and the treats n’ laughs after seal the practice….living our yoga together!
